Typical delivery times
- Instant templates: available immediately after purchase via your account/download link.
- Customized prep kits: delivered within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customer responsibilities
For customized products, the customer is responsible for submitting accurate and complete intake information. Delivery timelines for customized kits begin once a complete intake form has been received. Incomplete or inaccurate intake information may delay delivery.
Delivery method
Files are delivered electronically — through your Prepiful account download area and/or to the email address used at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct and check spam/promotions folders.
