How long does delivery take?

Can I request changes?
If your delivered file is defective or does not reasonably match the intake details you submitted, you may request one correction or exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?

What happens if my file has an error?
Contact us at [email protected] within 3 calendar days with your order number. If the file is wrong, corrupted, missing a major section described in the product, or does not match your intake, we’ll correct or exchange it.
