By accessing Prepiful.com or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our No Refund / 3-Day Exchange Policy, our Delivery Policy, and our AI Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase products.
2. Digital Products and Services
Prepiful sells digital, AI-assisted preparation products and customized digital files, including checklists, templates, scripts, study guides, briefs, and planning systems. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
3. AI-Assisted Content Disclaimer
Our materials are created with the assistance of AI tools combined with structured templates. AI-assisted content may require review, editing, and judgment before use and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all materials before relying on them.
4. No Professional Advice
Prepiful provides materials for informational, planning, educational, and productivity purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to use Prepiful products lawfully and to review, adapt, and verify materials before use. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for any decisions you make based on our materials.
6. Order Intake Accuracy
For customized products, you must submit accurate and complete intake information. We rely on your submitted details to produce your materials. Incomplete or inaccurate intake information may delay delivery and is not grounds for a refund or exchange.
7. Delivery
Instant templates are delivered immediately after purchase. Customized prep kits are typically delivered within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. See our Delivery Policy.
8. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount at checkout.
9. No Refund / 3-Day Exchange Policy
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If your delivered file is defective or does not reasonably match your intake, you may request one correction or exchange within 3 calendar days of delivery. Full details are in our No Refund / 3-Day Exchange Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All Prepiful branding, site content, templates, and systems are owned by Prepiful or its licensors. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use your delivered files for your own personal or internal business purposes.
11. Permitted Use
You may use delivered materials for your own preparation, work, study, or business. You may adapt and edit files for your own use.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish Prepiful templates or files as your own product, nor use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
13. No Guarantees
Prepiful does not guarantee employment, admission, business success, sales results, exam results, investment outcomes, legal outcomes, medical outcomes, or any specific result. Materials are provided to help you prepare; outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepiful is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or outcomes arising from use of our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
15. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, contact [email protected] first so we can resolve it under our policies. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product without first contacting us may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We retain records of orders, deliveries, and intake submissions to respond to disputes.
16. Account / Order Refusal
Prepiful may refuse, cancel, or refund (at our discretion) any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
