Because Prepiful sells digital AI-assisted preparation products and customized digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed.
If there is a clear issue with your delivered file — such as the wrong product, a corrupted file, a missing file, or a major mismatch with your submitted intake details — you may contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery to request one correction or exchange.
Eligible exchange / correction reasons
- Wrong file delivered
- File cannot be opened
- Missing a major section included in the purchased product description
- Delivery does not reasonably match the intake information submitted
Not eligible
- Change of mind
- Customer no longer needs the file
- Customer expected guaranteed results
- Customer submitted incomplete or incorrect intake information
- Customer wants a different product after delivery
- Customer missed the 3-day window
How to request a correction or exchange
Email [email protected] within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a clear description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
Prepiful reserves the right to deny correction/exchange requests that are abusive, fraudulent, outside the policy window, or unrelated to product defects.
